The Service

Honey Where's My?! is an AI-powered tool that helps you identify household items and estimate their resale value. You take a photo, our AI analyzes it, and you get an identification and value estimate.

Important: AI Disclaimer

AI estimates are not professional appraisals. Values are estimates based on AI analysis and should not be relied upon for insurance, legal, tax, or financial decisions. Always verify high-value items with a qualified professional appraiser.

We do our best to provide helpful results, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification or value estimate.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You are welcome to use Honey Where's My?! for both personal and commercial purposes, including reselling items, estate sales, and inventory management.

You agree not to:

Misrepresent AI-generated values to commit fraud
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the app or its AI outputs
Overload the service with automated or excessive requests

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by Honey Where's My. Your scan results and inventory data belong to you.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI estimates. If you buy, sell, insure, or otherwise act on information from this app, you do so at your own risk.

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
