By using Honey Where's My?!, you agree to these terms. They cover how the service works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Straightforward and in plain English.

The Service

Honey Where's My?! is a product of RB-REACTIONS, Co., a Delaware corporation. It is an AI-powered tool that helps you identify household items and estimate their resale value. You take a photo, our AI analyzes it, and you get an identification and value estimate.

Important: AI Disclaimer

AI estimates are not professional appraisals. Values are estimates based on AI analysis and should not be relied upon for insurance, legal, tax, or financial decisions. Always verify high-value items with a qualified professional appraiser.

We do our best to provide helpful results, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification or value estimate.

Public Honey Listings

Honey users and Seller users may create public Honey listing pages for individual items. These pages are shareable ads for an item. They are not checkout pages, payment pages, escrow services, buyer protection programs, or a Honey-operated marketplace.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the item title, description, condition, asking price, photo, and city/state shown on your public listing. Buyer inquiries are relayed by email so the buyer and seller can talk directly. Honey does not screen buyers, guarantee messages, inspect items, handle payment, arrange pickup, arrange shipping, or guarantee that any transaction will happen.

If you meet someone, exchange money, ship an item, or complete a sale, you do that outside Honey and at your own risk. Meet safely, follow local laws, and use your judgment.

Marketplace Direct Publish and Sync Tools

Seller users may ask Honey to prepare, publish, revise, sync, or withdraw listings on third-party marketplaces such as eBay. These tools depend on your marketplace account, your saved marketplace settings, your listing inputs, and the marketplace's own systems.

You are responsible for reviewing the listing before it goes live and for confirming the live marketplace status before you act on a publish, revise, sync, or withdraw result. That includes the title, description, category, condition, price, photos, shipping, returns, payment settings, and compliance with the marketplace's rules.

Honey Where's My?! and RB-REACTIONS, Co. do not guarantee that a third-party marketplace will accept, publish, keep live, sync, revise, withdraw, or sell a listing exactly as expected. We are not responsible for marketplace outages, API changes, sync delays, buyer conduct, payment disputes, shipping problems, account restrictions, or other third-party marketplace outcomes. If anything looks wrong, verify the live listing status directly on that marketplace before you ship, refund, relist, or take other action.

Eligibility

Honey Where's My?! is available only to people who are 18 or older. Our AI provider terms require the service not be directed to, or likely accessed by, anyone under 18.

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You are welcome to use Honey Where's My?! for both personal and commercial purposes, including reselling items, estate sales, and inventory management.

You agree not to:

Misrepresent AI-generated values to commit fraud
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the app or its AI outputs
Overload the service with automated or excessive requests

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by RB-REACTIONS, Co. Your scan results and inventory data belong to you.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI estimates. If you buy, sell, insure, or otherwise act on information from this app, you do so at your own risk.

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
